When I got my vehicle home it was completely empty of antifreeze. When I looked under the hood the radiator hose has not been connected. This leaving without a vehicle until the next business day.

Went to drop off the car, as sked, before heading to the airport for a 10 day trip; only to find out a part was unavailable. My daughter took the car back home. I called to complain about the lack of communication and left a msg. Then I called again and spoke to someone that said they found the part in town. Had my daughter bring it back in. Before she got back there someone else, returned my original call. He said not to bring it in as he didn't show the availability of the part and asked for an hour or two to figure it out. I told him no the car was already on the way back and we didn't have time to spare. The car did get done and looked good, but the fog light that was replaced should have been free of wax or whatever I had to clean off of it.
