Staff was courteous and helpful and the truck looked beautiful. Getting into an accident is an unpleasant experience but Able essentially eliminated the hassle factor getting back on the road and the truck looks like new. Can’t say enough. Thank you!

I picked up my car this afternoon after having the bumper replaced and every item I left in the truck was just thrown all over the front and back seat of the car. I apologize that I left any items in the trunk, and it seems obvious now, but I didn't know it had to be empty to have the bumper replaced. I've never replaced anything on a vehicle on my own and didn't realize some stuff in the trunk would be in the way. The way the items (mud boots,mail, hangers, children's masks etc) were thrown around in a way that it looked like my car had been ransacked. I did talk to a manager and he did apologize but after I left, and was going through all of my stuff that had been thrown everywhere, I found the new decals for the new trunk still in the package. So those were not put on the back of the vehicle. I took pictures and so did the manager I spoke with. I had such an easy time coordinating between you and the rental company and everyone working up front was so nice and helpful that to find the interior like that was very disappointing and really ruined the great experience I had had up until that point. The staff at mid town Anchorage are professional, helpful and experienced. They keep you very well informed throughout the entire process. They even go the extra mile by warming your car before pickup and vacuumming out your car removing dirt that could of been tracked by their employee's. First off, the jeep looks great. However, at the time when I got the car, the guy was in a hurry and gave me the keys. He did ask if I wanted to take a look before leaving but he was in such a hurry I didn’t want to keep him from other work that needed to be done. After leaving the shop I was braking for a stop light and the car died. No power steering or brakes. I had to let the car sit for a few minutes before I could get it started again. I was able to get it to where I needed to be by putting the car in neutral to keep the engine reved when I needed to stop. Otherwise the jeep would die. Upon further inspection I noticed that while the engine was warm, the heater was blowing cold air. When I looked under the hood I noticed next the the resivour for the radiator had dried fluid around here t, like it had bubbles over. I do not recall seeing this prior to dropping it off to be fixed. I also noticed that when I accelerated there was a very loud rattling sound that made it seem like something was going to fall apart. On the back window I also noticed that the cable that connects to the window for the defrost was not connected. Looking closer, the piece that connects the wire to the window was missing. The body repairs seemed to be ok with some minor issues.
My biggest concern are the issues with the engine that we did not have prior to taking it to your shop. I am not trying to place blame necessarily but it’s hard not to when we did not have these issues with the engine before but now we do. I called and left a message at your shop because it t was after hours. I also called Progressive to see what I should do in this situation. It ended up that I had to leave the jeep in a parking lot until hearing from your shop and from progressive in the morning.
