- This happens at every shop - why?
This was all discovered after I received
a text standing in your office saying
that I had already picked up my truck.
You obviously don’t understand
how quality control works. You don’t
text me saying my truck has been picked
up when you haven’t even checked
to see if the truck was clean. No body
looked at the truck prior to calling me
to say it was ready for pickup.
What concerns me is what else wasn’t
checked? Do I need to QC everything
you’ve done? Do I need torque the
bolts on my 200 lb. rear bumper to
make sure it doesn’t fall off going
down the highway?
As far as I can tell, the body work appears
fine. I just get a little nervous when a
company can’t do the little things right.
You got paid to do 100% of the work,
not 99%.
FYI - if any words above seam
out of place, this program is extremely
sensitive to auto correct and has
changed several words. I don’t believe
it is my phone. Scrolling up and down
has been difficult. I can’t even scroll to
the top right now to recheck.
