Service was awesome and communication was too. I worked with Kylie during the repair and Adam did the walk around. Both very polite and thorough. One concern I have is why they didn’t put the coating in the new wheel, and instead told me how to do it myself. This was likely an insurance thing, but it struck me as odd. I am not able to remove a wheel by myself and paint it and put it back on. Everything else was stellar!
