My car took over 30 days for repairs and parts and after not being able up to wait any longer without a vechile I needed it back and its still missing parts. Havent heard anything from the shop. If I was told my car would take longer to start I would of had other arrangements made. I will never bring my car here again nor will I ever refer anyone to go thru the headache we went thru. Your Manager Mike at that shop just laughs at everything that is going on very unprofessional.

Didn't realize that my blinkers weren't working until after I left the shop. My car went in with a front license plate in place and it was not in place when I left. The repair and bumper look beautiful

Repair was not acceptable. Dent on crease is still visible. Box bolts were left unfinished, not recovered with spray-in ford bed liner. Back up camera now loses signal. Overspray on factory finish, including trims. Overall poor quality craftsmanship. Not what I expected from a Ford branded business. Very disappointed with my experience.
