We'll I do have 2 concerns I will address with Rick Kinzel upon closer inspection since after having the vehicle in my possestion a while longer. My hope it's a simple fix, **** is electronical"doors" othther paint door handle. Pleased overall.

The Axelrod team did a stellar job from the moment the claim was filed with Nationwide Insurance. Everyone was polite and engaging when dropping off the vehicle, updating along the way and during the pickup process. Although the process is updated on my phone app, Guy followed up by phone to ensure I was updated with details. The car was spotless when I picked it up. I had a bad experience with a different collision facility a few years back that failed to detail the vehicle to remove body shop overspray dust. The Axelrod experience was awesome. Thank you!
The Enterprise car rental drop off at Axelrod and later return to my home by Enterprise was also extremely convenient.
