My initial confidence in Axelrod Collision Center as a Subaru Certified Collision Repair center was confirmed. Every step in my Subaru’s repair was great; great receptionist, super repair associate (Bob), and all the behind the scenes techs who did the actual repair, restored my faith in humanity by doing an excellent job. Although the process took a bit longer than expected, quality work restored my Subaru to its original appearance. Thanks again to Axelrod!

There’s loose debris rattling in the headliner area by the windshield I’m not sure if it’s broken glass broken clips don’t know what it is, but it wasn’t there before you guys did service to my vehicle. There are stains on the passenger side pillar headliner from dirty hands removing it.. broken clips in the engine compartment from removing the battery shield I had to buy and replace myself. And when I took the vehicle for a wash a week later I discovered swirl marks on my hood from attempting buffing. The fender was never properly fixed still is imperfect. I feel I received a $2 job for a 5 thousand dollar job, and would never recommend as a matter of fact would say to stay clear.
