Chris's and his team provided Excellent service! They gave me continuous updates throughout my repairs and all work was completed on time. This is the first time I had any repairs on any car but if I ever need any in the future I'll make this my priority spot and I'll also highly recommend this facility to anyone I know for theirs as well.

I will take my vehicle back and recommend Palm to all my friends. They could not have been nicer or more helpful. It took a little longer than they originally advised, however other than the 'lemon' the rental agency gave me. I was not inconvenienced too much and my car looks fine now.
