Great customer service...! Chris from the Hickory Hollow location did a great job communicating throughout the process. I never had to wonder what was going on. On top of that he went above and actually kept my car a few extra hours because he didn't like a sound coming from my wheel. He ordered the parts and finished the same day..!
The body work was great and the paint was a perfect match...!
Also... the entire staff at the Murfreesboro Rd location were great as well...
I will definitely use Service King for all my future repairs..!

Lack of integrity / no weight to promises. Took 6 weeks for delegation of repair through insurance. Finally got a rental car less than 48 hours before completion of repair. Upon pickup my tire had a bolt in it and the repair guy had left for the day. Seems like you didn't want to pay for the rental and gave me an incomplete repair. I would never recommend or utilize this companies services unless it was the only place to go. THANKS FOR LEAVING ME COMLETELY IMMOBILE FOR OVER A MONTH...
