Each person associated with my experience demonstrated exemplary customer service and it was due to my previous positive experience with Cox Auto Body that I insisted on using them. My only complaint regards my rental car. The Enterprise service advisor was friendly and extremely helpful. However, the vehicle I received was poorly cleaned and drove with a high degree of road noise. Due to mi time constraints, I’m a ESE teacher at Palmetto Elementary with a class of 17 students. I needed to quickly arrive at school. Otherwise, my repair experience exceeded my expectations. Thank you.

Today, to be overly thrilled with ones service or product experience people want satisfaction and value added service. On a scale from **** to 10, with 10 being the highest and the question being would I recommend the organization to my best friends, I would rate this Cox service an 8. In order to score a nine one of two things would have had to be. A written estimate stating the loss in value due to the vehicle having had significant damage (if whomever is reading this is thinking this will never happen, or, that’s an insurance matter, you missed an opportunity) OR the car could have been spick and span clean. If both had been done you would have scored s TEN. Remember, my insurance wanted me to bring it to the place near Firkins and I insisted on Cox. I would be pleasantly surprised to hear back from one of the Cox family owners. ****-****-xxxx.
