No, I would never use your bodyshop ever again!! The little things make the difference between a great satisfied customer and one that will never come back!! Autobody shop mgr. couldn’t get off of a fixed attitude that maybe his great shop crew might have made a error in putting back together truck engine parts!! All he had to do was tell a customer that perhaps, shop crew made a mistake and bring your vehicle back to us so that we could fix the problem!! Carried the attitude the entire time of customer at business to get problem resolved!! In my opinion, he should not be in this position of management until he learns what it is to manage customers and his attitude much better!! A very good thing mr. David Goodyear was there to help in guiding the proper way in handling a customer to business relationship !!! Thank you again David for all your help!!
