It took around 4-5 weeks for my car to be completely fixed. I understand that this body shop is incredibly huge, busy, and takes on a lot of cars at once but the staff did not help me with this wait whatsoever. I was in contact with Stephanie Pierce, who was helpful until the last week or so where she was never available when I called nor would she reply to my messages. I live in West Palm Beach and was in an accident in Sarasota, so my car was sent to a random body shop in Sarasota (I did not choose this body shop). The secretaries eventually became pretty rude to me and gave me an attitude when I would call in asking about my car, because the staff KEPT telling me "it will be ready maybe either tomorrow or the next day" for TWO weeks. I was told it would have been ready by last Friday (the 13th) and even drove up to Sarasota with a few friends and arrived to rudeness from the secretaries and an unfinished car.
Honestly, my only issue is with the customer service. This was probably the most frustrating company I have ever dealt with in my life. The only people who actually showed me kindness was a man who was from West Palm Beach (I didn't think to ask for his name) and David the assistant manager, but only after I had my mother speak to him on the phone.
I also did NOT receive the texting service until a day or two before my car was finished. The secretaries NEVER put in my correct phone number either, so every time I called and one of the higher ups confirmed a phone number with me it was completely wrong regardless of how many times I had corrected them before.
Also during the 3 and a half drive home from Bradenton to West Palm Beach, as soon as I got onto i-75, my tire pressure light came on on the dashboard. I feel as though the company hardly bothered.
Otherwise, car looks great and as if there was no damage to the back whatsoever. The mechanics are the only ones who seem to know how to do their job. I would never bring my car here by choice though, even if I lived in Bradenton or near there due to the very poor customer service.
