I was impressed by the constant interaction which was great! I however was not thrilled with the amount of time it took, it kept getting pushed back 3 times. When I picked up the car I was in a hurry and notice a long scratch down the drivers side door and the back door and supposedly the front door was new. And for being charged for a new running board it definitely doesn't look new! And lastly 'kitty' was VERY rude to me not only on the phone but in person.

Cox Body shop, did an awesome job on my Ram. They had the option to try and pull the dent out of my passenger back door, or completely replace the skin. They opted to replace the skin, their reasoning was they felt I would be happier with the results. They were right. I will trust them with any future issues, although lets hope I don't have too. Itdoes feel good to know they have my best iinterests at heart.

I was really impressed with the prompt and efficient job they did on my Camry. They kept me up to date on the progress and finished several days ahead of schedule. When I came to pick up my truck that had a dent in the tailgate, there was a scratch dent about 20 inches down the driver side. Not good at all. Now they are having to keep it and fix the dent in my brand new truck.
