Body shop left car at Mazda lot for a week. 3 messages for body shop no return call for a week. After repair body shop left hood latch with one bolt. Almost came off on I 75. One week to fix.

Overall experience was awesome, everyone was very helpful and attentive. The only complaint I have is that the rear bumper wasn't blended into the rest of the vehicle so their is a very obvious color difference between the new and old paint. Also the rear turn single was not hooked back up and the only way to do so is to remove the entire rear bumper in order to access the bulb. Everyone I dealt with was great and gave me absolutely no issues at all!

There's a squeak as I open and close the new door. Not sure yet but maybe front bottom corner of the door binding on the bottom sill. Will che k it more carefully tomorrow. Any thoughts? Otherwise, nice job.

I will never bring my car back here again. Mike was horrible to work with I was told my car would be done a certain day I tried calling before that day came and got no answer its was almost a week after my car was suppose to be done when he finally decides to call me back and tells me he got all mine and my husbands messages but clearly we werent important enough to call back until I get very upset in one of the messages.He was also suppose to let me know what could be done about my broken seatbelt and I had to leave nurmerous messages to even get a response back. I then am told that my seatbelt is going to cost 160 to fix since the tumbler needs to be fixed and is a special order part so i ask if its still under warrenty it then goes to service to be checked and all of a sudden it works. I take my car home use my selt belt twice and it now doesnt work again. Please explain how the tumbler can be broken and need to be replaced then all of a sudden everything is fine? Because its not fine I will take my car and all my future business elsewhere.

The automated system should be watched more closely. I requested a day off of work and didn't find out until 2 hours before I was supposed to get my vehicle that it wouldn't be ready until 2 days later
