A fou/five day service turned into twenty-four days of lies and deceit, different day new story. I now understand why the original employee left Cox, this shop is run horrible and Chet or Chad whatever his name couldn't be a lot boy, I will be posting my horrible story with Cox wherever possible. Sorry I don't enjoy bad mouthing service departments but if it prevents someone from dealing with what I had to it will be worth my time.

The time it took to repair was much much longer than I was initially told. I spent time tracking down the status of my repairs and it seems as if no one could give me a solid newer as to when it would be ready. The overall work was good. The lack of communication was not. Tom did apologize to me personally for the lack of communication.
