I am very satisfied with the entire Cox staff. The level of customer service was fantastic. Being a Manager of a customer service department for a major home builder, I tend to judge other companies from a service point of view.
The repairs on my vehicle appear to be 100% complete.
I also appreciated the text message updates. The Geico team level of service was fantastic as well. If I find myself needing a body shop in the future, I will definitely use Cox.

I received updates every few days which was great. Until the night I had originally had been told it would be completed. I called and was told that someone would call when my car was done. For 3 days I heard nothing. When I was called and picked up my car I was very pleased with the work. However, We had some stains on the driver's seat that we don't believe was there before.
