I was told over the phone prior to picking up my car that the TPMS had been fixed. When I picked up the car, I discovered that it was not. When I called back, they claimed that they did not have the expertise to fix it and I would need to take it to the dealer. I find it hard to believe they did not have the expertise to fix this relatively simple problem, and I think they just wanted to get rid of me since they had already gotten their money for the job. That's poor service, in my book.
