I chose Len's after being hit by a runaway flying tire/wheel on the highway because they were on my insurance company's list and they are close to home.
It turned out to be a very good choice. The damage was minor and we were in and out in two days (no painting needed). I was impressed with their organization and how I was treated. I didn't feel like just another bumper that wasn't going to make them a lot of money. I told my claims rep, Andy, that I hoped I didn't have to see him again but if I need body work, I'll go back to Len's.

The staff and mechanic were so proactive and helpful that I will be referring all my friends here! Especially Gail and Andy at the front counter by helping get my car done quickly and following up with me with me for schedule and pick up. They also lead me to Enterprise for a wonderful rental car. I can’t even tell there was an accident with my car and it was so much cleaner when I picked it up. Such a friendly and hard working staff at the shop and I am so glad I live local now bc they will be my new go tos for all my auto body needs. I just loved going there to be greeted with a smile and friendly conversation as fixing a car that someone else hit is not always the best of situation but now that’s in the past and my body work was reassured to be guaranteed. Also loved the free coffee and bag plus little happy note pad I got upon completion of my car repair from Gail. This staff deserves some extra praise along with the mechanic and the entire staff. Andy was very thorough and explained the repairs to my car so I could understand the process so I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Thanks again Len’s.
