My representative already told me there isn’t much you guys can do to make my bumper more aligned, in fact, it can make it worse if you guys try to redo it. I also noticed my door on the passenger side has a white scratch that won’t come off and a small peice chipped off near my gas pump door area. I know my car didn’t have these before dropping it off for service. I am very disappointed, I feel like my car was not handled with care.

The protective guard they put on the back bumper looks like crap. It’s full of bubbles. Upon getting my car I told them about it and he said oh it’s fine, in time it’ll go away. Well it’s not going away it’s getting worse. I’m very upset about it and it needs to be fixed correctly.
