My trunk is leaking. Water is pooling under my spare tire. Whoever did the waterproofing for the rear floor needs to be fired. There is no weatherproofing around the trunk for water run off. The paint color matches but it looks like a rotten orange peel. There are chips from "prying" my keyguard off on the trunk. There's a bent corner on the supposedly brand new trunk. It looked better immediately after this accident and at least it didn't leak water. I'll be bringing it back to be properly repaired next week. Thanks

I found the experience about as painless as can be. My vehicle was in the shop the day after the accident and work was started immediately. From the insurance claim to the rental car waiting for me to my vehicle being completed a week early, I couldn't be more satisfied. I was kept up to date with information about my repairs throughout the process. They even cleaned my car for me, which was going to be first on my list after picking it up. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, they really made the best out of what could have been a horrible experience.
