I called prior to dropping my truck off to ensure the alignment was fixed. The alignment was never done.
On another note: my gas tank opening was misaligned and I could not put gas in my truck. I had my toddler with me and was on an empty tank. When I called Gold Coast they immediately sent someone to help me. The woman Sofia let me send her a picture so the "hero" knew exactly what he needed to fix it. That was great.

The repair of my car it really good. Looks like new again. The waiting it was a lot.
I had to pay the rental of my car for almost 3 weeks even though they said my car would be ready in 10 days!!!!
I gotta a little upset with the company.
Still didn't hear anything about my key replacement.
