Your staff is friendly and engaging. But what detracted from my overall satisfaction is that a piece of trim was replaced and is out of line with the existing piece of companion trim.

I am thoroughly satisfied with the work done to repair my car, and the impressive efficiency of the entire operation.
There is one small detail I should like to bring to your attention: After picking up the repaired car, I noticed two slight scratches at the bottom of the driver's door frame (where a rocker panel would have been on an older car). Perhaps someone stood on the frame, or something was clamped to the frame, during the process of replacing the dented front left fender. I was able to cover the scratches with touch-up paint. But you may wish to take precautions against this sort of thing in future.
