Hello. I have mixed feelings from my experience with my recent visit. I dropped off my pickup on a Tuesday and received zero communication throughout the process despite calling twice and leaving messages both times. I received a basic text that Friday saying that we were waiting for parts... I had no idea if repairs were going to take 3 days or 3 months.
I picked up my pickup near closing time the following Tuesday. After I finished dropping off the rental car and finally getting my pickup truck from the shop, I noticed my bed cover was no longer attached. After calling and leaving a message I was called back and told that the bed cover was still in the shop, they just forgot to put it back over the truck bed. Now I have to drive out of my way from Camas to retrieve the truck bed.
So overall, I’m satisfied by the work done. Just disappointed with the service and communication through the process.

The repair itself was fine, but took almost two weeks which seemed long. The inside of the car has a strong odor—probably whatever is used to clean the mats, etc? I really appreciate the cleaning, but consider a less pungent cleaner? Last but not least,on my way home from work discovered that the drivers side control button to front passenger window not working. Will call tomorrow as 100%certain it’s a relay or wiring that was not reconnected. Which means I will have to go in again. Again, the repair was just fine, which is the most important thing. Thank you!
