That's a pretty crappy question to ask someone... it leaves one hobbled up in being able to truly give you feedback. I was overall very satisfied, but to say completely.. would be to not have any Even Better If's (EBI's), which I have but feel giving any EBI's would be contradictory to "completely satisfied". My EBI would be to be more proactive early on in the process to keep the auto owner informed of what to expect... in terms of timing and next steps.
