The hood was replaced but it is not leveled on the car. The right side hood is not flushed with the right fender, the left side is. I was told my hood was a NEW part NOT used but the hood is warped!

I was very satisfied with my experience, however, the automatic reply and updates could have been a little better. I was told my car would be ready in two days - it ended up being five and without me calling to check in, I would have had no idea because the updates stopped past my expected date.
It would be helpful to have been updated, as I had to arrange transportation to get my car.
Besides that, I love the night owl drop off and the friendly customer service and my car looks fantastic! :) Thanks, everyone!
