My experience with Larry Walker was excellent. My only complaint was that when I arrived to pick up my car there was no one in the office and I had to wait 25 minutes before anyone came in the office. It was during lunch so I understand it was a bad time. Just a note on the desk to say someone would be back in a few minutes would have been helpful. There were two others waiting as well. One man left after waiting and the other one like me had to wait. Otherwise the service was perfect. Thank you, Nancy I
