Was told auto was completed so I went out to pick it up but a few things were not completed yet so I waited 2 hours and now in the moment a wheel cover is being ordered and the new headlight was not working!! I believe the staff are good people and I have faith they will eventually get my car finished and in good shape but I wish that I didn't have to go thru so much and back and forth driving pickup and not ready for pickup circumstances! This was a hit and run accident and I have already gone thru enough because of that situation. Please help!

The paint color was not even close to the factory color. The fact that I was called and told my car was ready when it looked like that is frustrating. The 250.00 deductible should have been waived.

My entire experience was great except at the time of pick up. I wish someone would have gone over all the work that was completed and opened the hood to show me everything was fine. I understand the goal to get people their vehicle as quick as you can and get them on their way, but "here's your truck Mr. Campo thank you for choosing Suburban Auto Body, bye bye," just didn't cut it. I was delightfully surprised with the key chain mints though, nice touch. Give me a call I have a few ideas on how you could improve your pick up process, thanks.

I asked them to check the tail gait they called me to come 5 min before closing when I went home I found tail gait not responding to key also I found that whem back bombard was replaced they didnt put the metal protector that came with my car now I haave to call tom again and go all the way back about 40 minutes
