The only thing I didn't like was the delays. My car was not completed until one week after I was told it would be done.

The repair itself was [eventually] fine, and I understand why it took as long as it did. But day after day of revised notification, always, "Tomorrow," got very frustrating. Once the initial estimate was off by a full week, I would have appreciated more personalized emails telling me what, exactly, was going on, rather than the automatic updates (which were never accurate!).
