I got texts throughout the process and one of them indicated my car was on schedule to be complete on Friday at 4. When I called just before that time to pick it up, I was told it would not be ready until Monday and that the texts were not from Ressler. They clearly said they were from Ressler but we're not accurate and misled me about completion date.
