Everything was great! I got great service at drop-off and pick-up. The car looks brand new. The collision center accommodated a Saturday pick-up and explained how the job was done in a very friendly way with an obvious pride in the work describing it as art. I was very pleased and have no complaints.

Repairs were done well but the level of communication with the whole process is severely lacking. Text updates provide minimal details and updates and would suggest a higher level of touch with regards to this area of the process.

I dont like being lied to. Sam saif it wasn't the accident they were repairing to be nice and shannon said it was the accident. When i got home the lights where not working they were installed backwards

Everyone was professional, polite, and friendly. They even knew me when I walked in, which was very nice and surprisingly! My car looks fantastic!! I'm so pleased with the work that was done!
