The staff in the office was very courteous and their phone messages were clear and easy to understand. The repairs were done quicker than I expected. I liked that my car was detailed too....that was unexpected. My only concern is that the hood that was repaired makes a rattling noise when idling at a stop light and has not done that before the accident.
