The updates from Troy were great. The work quality is wonderful. Troy helped when delayed, to make sure Enterprise and my insurance company were kept in the loop, with having to extend my rental. The only repair shop I will use!!!

I must say - that the Team located at the Springfield Collision Center (SCC) is so fabulous you see the excellence upon driving your vehicle in for repairs. Their professionalism, knowledge, and kindness start as you exit your vehicle. They also handle securing a car rental should that be necessary. Coordinator Rebecca George never answered me regarding the broken windshield fluid bottle. Staff took off old bumper and damage headlights and blamed it on me. Didn't get the bumper fixed correctly the first time. Keep popping off. Terrible services. This used to be high-end repairs shops.
