Well the body shop did a wonderful job.And Ms Casten by far is the best customer rep. I have seen this customer rep knows her job. Never let her leave

I was very satisfied and happy with my repair at Lindsay Collision. Lindsay Collision is always my prefer shop for repairs. I get friendly service and keeps me updated through out the process of the repairs. Chris Endicott was great to work with and took the time to call me with updates and answered any questions I had. He was very helpful. It made the process less stressful for me to know my car was in good hands. Thank you to all the crew and mechanics who worked on my car it was greatly appreciated.

Rebecca was a pleasure to work with! With that said, it took way too long to replace a bumper that we were told we'd get back in 4 days but took 8 days filled with promises and excuses that Audi was lagging on parts being delivered. In the end, after I was clearly not happy, Rebecca made it happen and we got our car back without any more delays. I give Lindsay 2 out of 5 for service and not sure if I'd ever get my cars repaired there in the future.
