It took longer than I expected, two weeks, but Justin kept me informed throughout. On pickup the outside was clean, inside one of the back seats had been lowered and left that way. A piece of the old door was left on the floor of the back along with a plastic coolant jug that had been cut to use a scoop. The carpet in the back was left a bit dirty. In spite of the above, the repairs are great, my set radio stations were left as they were (you have no idea how often car service people screw up the radio!), and all the office staff were excellent.
