A great job was done on the dent and scratch but our Kia had a small light scratch on the roof that wasn’t there before, we had a bunch of microfiber cloths in the back storage compartment that were missing along with our Sorento’s owners manual. V did great about going over our Kia and taking care of everything. V cleaned the excess wax off the rear bumper, ****/4 panel and hatch. He took care of the new scratch on the roof, got us some microfiber cloths and said he would make sure we got our owner’s manual. V definitely made the difference, a true professional that exceeded our expectations.
