I was hit by another driver and the trauma of that was quickly wiped away by the total professionalism and caring of everyone I encountered at Lindsay and the on-site Geico agent ( Scarlet) and Enterprise car rental agent (Troy). Vy was my contact at Lindsay and he was outstanding in his communication and efforts to complete my repair in time to make a thanksgiving trip. The ability to have all this done in one stop shop fashion was the best!

The damage to my car was the back rear quarter at the drivers side area near rear light. Driving my car it was brought to my attention that the back light was out while driving at night. Woke up next day yesterday to take to shop and discovered entire back light panel was out. Got all bulbs from BMW had replaced and nothing. The back lights worked fine pre collision work and now this. When I brought my car in for and evaluation I was told it looked easy to fix and would only take a few days ...didnt get my car back for 2 weeks which leads me to believe damage was more extensive than I was told. I am not satisfied at all and now I have to pay for another repair for something not my fault.

Ultimately my repair was done perfectly but the process was a bit rough and communication could have been better. One whole day was wasted when it was discovered the proper parts hadn’t been ordered. It required two more days to replace a windshield because the vehicle had to go to the dealer for recalibration. I feel that I was not prepared for the length of time it took. One bright spot was that the cost was much less than estimated.

I was impressed and satisfied with the gal who first explained the damage and possible repairs to her follow up call as to what was going to be repaired. The cost was also given even though I was not paying.
I appreciated follow up while my car was in repair and when I could pick up car.
Enterprise was also great to work with. They gave me a comparable car that worked out great from rental to return.
