Don’t think this was your fault...but our car was being worked on for More than 3 weeks. In the past we’ve had much more extensive damage fixed in 3-4 days. It would have been nice to know that things were going to take almost 3 weeks longer than in the past....

I think everything went well. My only suggestion is that I originally brought in my car but was then told to come back a week later for service. It would of been better to know ahead of time of the significant delays to prevent an extra trip. Otherwise good service.

We feel that we were ripped off! We paid $932.52 for repair of two scratches and painting the rear bumper. No structural was involved. We paid $160 for a totally unnecessary "Diagnostic Scan". In 2016 you did similar repair work to the same bumper for $615.91 that did not include this Scan. Your organization will not see another of our vehicles again as well as your reputation being spread by word of mouth!
