Bob was very professional and courteous. The repair took less time than expected which was great. The repair was perfect and i was really pleased that they cleaned both interior and exterior of my car.

I still don't have my car, they couldn't put my truck locking mechanism back together after we found it wouldn't stay closed so I still am driving a rental, wasted over 2 hours of my morning today and will have to waste even more to come back again to hopefully actually get my car next time when it's fixed...again.

I got my vehicle back with damage to my back seat and inside back door, the damage was from welding beads which cause **** to my cars interior. I was told by Mr. Araya that Lindsey will fix the damage and that the part is ordered. The day after picking up my car,I took it to Honda for service and an inspection. At the completion of the service and inspection, The honda technican asked if my car was involved in an accident, I told him yes and he said the rear wheels was out of alignment due to the accident. Also when I picked up my car from from your shop my dash light for tire pressure was on, this was not on when I turned my car in to your shop. Honda informed me I had a nail in my tire which I believe happened while my car was in your position..
