The car is a mess. There are greasy fingerprints all over the back seat and the rear hatch carpet. It also appears to have bondo on the left rear of the vehicle and gas filler door.

Be sure to tell persons returning rental cars where to pick up their car - in front. We likely stood an extra 10 minutes or so because we were expecting the car to be pulled into the bay. Ideally, you would have a car return area where the rental can be parked beside the owner's car so they can move things from one car to the other. We had our son, infant seat and a number of other things we needed to carry through the shop to the other side of the building. Still satisfied with the work and service.

My only complaint was the fact that I had to speak to a manager to get information on my car. I left 2 voice messages for my rep and did not get a call back. When I spoke to someone on Wednesday, I was told they would call me by 2:30 that day. By Friday I had not heard anything and requested to speak to a manager. I was not mad, just highly disappointed as I specifically went to Lindsey due to the service I have received in the past (purchased my car from Lindsey VW in Leesburg, VA). I understand being busy, but I think its important to return customer calls, etc. Other than that, I am satisfied with the work. When I met my rep for pick up he was very nice and everyone I dealt with (enterprise, receptionists) were professional and courteous.
