When I checked the car in, I asked the representative to please also replace the rear tail light bulb, as well as investigate the cause of low pressure in my wiper fluid spray - neither of which were related to my accident, but given I was bringing the car into the shop, it was an opportune time to get everything resolved. The rep flagged the two issues on the car using the pink pen which was used for all other body damages and also noted the additional work on my car estimate paperwork (I understood that I would pay for these two additional items myself, separate from the accident work being performed). When I picked up my car, the bulb was not replaced and no one seemed to have even looked at my wiper fluid issue. The body damage from my accident was repaired, but it seemed that my other requests were completely disregarded.

Had my car in and out in a day. And then cleaned my car. Outside and inside!
I requested that damage (scratches, etc.) other than that incurred in the accident be repaired and billed separately from the insurance-covered damage. No damage other than the insurance-covered damage was addressed. The first time I drove my car at night after the repairs it became apparent that when my headlights turned on the dashboard lights turn off. There is no way to have both on simultaneously. I consider this a very dangerous malfunction.
