I dropped off my car for repair on 12/17/13 and i picked up on 12/31/13 around 5:00 pm. On my way home I found out that there is noise coming from the passenger side rear wheel where the cr was hit. I called and left a message for David informing of this problem I will wait to hear from him hopefully on ****/2/14 to resolve this issue.

Excellent experience, from beginning to end. Just one small glitch: the rearview mirror fell off when my wife started to drive it. Never had before, and the windshield is original equipment. Hence, a mystery but will not deter us from choosing Lindsay Collision again if need be.

David was wonderful

The work was good, but the communication could have been better. My car was originally supposed to be finished on 12/13 at 5 PM. The last update I had received was on 12/12 saying my car was 70% complete. I tried calling several times on 12/13 to get an update, but didn't receive a return call until 5:30 PM when I was already on my way to pick the car up. The car was not ready and I was then told it would be ready on 12/16. On 12/16, I tried calling for an update several times and did not get a return call until close to 5:30 PM, saying it wasn't ready. On 12/17, I got a call saying my car was ready, but when I came to pick it up, it was just taken out for a road test and was not available. I was then given a rental car and told that my vehicle could be picked up the next day. I was told to call before 5:30 PM on 12/18 to arrange for pick up, but the liaison I was working with had left for the day when I called shortly before 4 PM, I was told the person I had been working had already left for the day.

Very professional and they kept me informed and most important, they did a great job repairing our car.

I love my car so much I had to do a survey twice it looks brand new and everybody was professional and nice courtesy I love it!

I can't believe how wonderful your costumer service was. I was informed every step of the way. Every staff member was smiling, polite and eager to help in anyway they could. Sam also stayed after closing for 35 minutes until I arrived so I could obtain personal belongings out of my vehicle. I can't say thank you enough.

Rachel was very helpful and kept Ryan updated throughout the repair process. We are unhappy for two reasons. First, when Ryan arrived to pick up the car, they were still working on it because there was a light they couldn't get to turn off. Ryan is a VW tech, so he asked what it was and was able to tell the technician how to repair it. Considering our insurance paid almost 6k for repairs and the car was there for a month, it was disappointing to show up and find it still was to ready and for the owner to have to show the technician what to do in order to be able to get our car back. Second, a front license plate mount is now on our car. We are PA residents, we do not have front plates. We did not request this, we were not consulted on it and are extremely unhappy about this. Rachel said it could be fixed, and we greatly appreciate her offer, but we live over 4 hours away. Ryan was in the accident while traveling for work, which we realize isn't Lindsey's fault, but we can't just come by and pick up the car. Plus, the repair would be noticeable. It just shouldn't have been put on at all. Ryan had to pay for a rental car and miss an entire day of work (unpaid, as he is flat rate) to come down to get the car today. We aren't going to do that again because of Lindsey's mistake. After waiting for a month to get his car, paying for a rental and driving 4 hours to get there, He had to show your technicians how to fix the light and the front end had parts on it that we specifically made sure it didn't have when we purchased it. We are disappointed, but there is nothing that can be done to change any of it now, as we will not be coming back to the area.

Lindsay managed to bring the price down, even with needing more parts. Everyone was really courteous and helpful.
