Kara and her staff were really professional, accommodating and kept me updated on my vehicle. Enterprise Rental car staff had excellent customer service. I was extremely satisfied with the customer service provided.

Vehicle was given back without checking side door as noted in original repair and tire pressure light was on. The vehicle did not have low tire pressure when I brought it in. After reporting both they were fixed but should have been noticed before giving it to me that way

The Collision Team was awesome from start to finish. Amanda was very helpful when she called to schedule the appointment as I was headed out of town for the Christmas holiday. She made the arrangements for me the day after I returned from vacation so that I could get my estimate and rental the same day. I was in and out on NYE in 30 minutes or so. Special thanks to Eric for getting back with me quickly, addressing all of my concerns and the daily text messages were def a plus. To top it off, they were finished a day early! Good Customer Service is rare these days (to me at least) so it was definitely a painless and refreshing experience after being in an accident. I will always bring my car back for any body work and I posted the wonderful results on Facebook to spread the word! Would also like to give a special thanks to Andrew at Enterprise.
