Lindsay is great! They make you feel like you are apart of the family! I have difficulties with my rental and Carlos took care of it! Omar regularly contacted me and kept me updated! I love the text messaging feature!!! I have used Lindsay's 3x and will refer them to others!

I was honestly expecting mediocre customer service but got the complete opposite! The receptionist was welcoming and the mechanics were really nice! I loved how I received text messages on the process of my car being fixed. My experience with Enterprise was great! I was expecting bad custome service with them due to my experience receiving my rental but got the complete opposite! My car looks amazing and Lindsay took really good care of me!

The level of customer service recieved met and exceeded my expectations. Kara was upbeat and friendly every time we spoke. She kept me abreast of the repair progress in addition to sending the text messages with the status updates. The repairs were completed ahead of schedule. I also appreciate Kara taking the time to send the car to the service center for me and for arranging to have my car dropped off onsite. It saved me a lot of time. I initially planned to have the car repaired at the collision center in Silver Spring, MD but after reading the reviews online I felt the Lindsay Collision center would provide the best service and I'm definitely glad I didn't send my car elsewhere. The car doesnt look like it was ever repaired.
