Kara was a pleasure to work with from time I enter the center until my car was completely repaired. She keep me up to date with whatever was happening with my car. Kara was Outstanding!! Because my experience with Kara, I will bring my car back to Lindsay in the future.

I have never been to the collision center before and was nervous and unsure what to expect. But, everyone I met was so kind...like going into a hospital with an emergency situation - they reached out to me, guided me to the right individuals (receptionist, agent, rental agent), and even found me a drink (you could use some Coke instead of Pepsi!) In fact, it would also help to send Lindsay customers ads of available services, like detailing, which I found out about, and because the service was so fast and good, I plan to return to have done, this summer. In the ad could be helpful coupons, too! That would help! Thank you for a very satisfying experience....I will return for the detailing soon!!

I'm all for people listening to music but would appreciate it if the channels have been put back to where I had program them.
