My car looks like new again, I very satisfied with everything from the geico inspector to rental car guys everything went easy and smoot.

Although I was happy with the repair that was made I was not happy with my customer service experience. I was called shortly after I drop the car off and told him my card be ready on Wednesday afternoon or early Thursday morning. I did not receive a call at any time on Wednesday so Thursday morning when I woke up I called to see when my car would be ready. The receptionist said she would check put me on hold and then she pick the phone back up and asked if she could help me. I reminded her that I was the person she was checking to see if my car was ready for pick up.she said once again that she would check with the technician she put me on hold came back and said the car be ready at 3 PM I asked her are you sure that's correct? My car was supposed to be ready anytime Wednesday or early Thursday and she said yes. I reminded her of my last name and she said yes then I proceeded to go to work and received a text and a phone call saying that her car was ready immediately. When I question the confusion in the response that I received I was told that the car had to be washed and I said the car it takes fromfrom first thing in the morning till 3 PM to wash your car? I told him I was not happy with my customer service experience and wanted it reported to someone there. I suggest you look at the communication that takes place between the lines answering the phone and the technicians that are repairing the cars. Thank you

Good work; too many unnecessary texts - not happy about paying for those

The service I received was second to none. I felt very cared for and I was kept up to date every step of the way. I was comfortable in my rental and in the fact that my vehicle was in good hands. I'd recommend Lindsay Lexus and Lindsay Collision Center for all you car care needs be it a tune up or repair. In whatever circumstance they will give you excellent, personal, one-on-one professional care! Happy to have them around. And my Lexus looks just like the day I bought it! I give the Lindsay Lexus Collision Center 10-10!!!!

All staff at Lindsay was polite and courteous. Staff was very knowledgeable and gave thorough information. Repair work is excellent and car was ready prior to estimated date.

wanted to touch bases with you to inform you that Kara Stone is an AWESOME professional and very personable! She was very kind, understanding and patient with me and all of my questions, concerns and request. She made me feel like my car was her car with the way in which she handled it during the process. That really made me feel a little more at ease and less frustrated/worried. People find the time to complain every day and I wanted to ensure that I find the time to give credit/accolades when they are due! :)
