Jacob and Rebecca were pretty awesome. They took the time to explain all my options and walked me through the entire claim process. The quality of the repairs were superb. Geico handled my claim with efficency and Devon and Nicole also kept me informed through the process. There was a blemish in the pain that went back 2x for the team to correct it. There were scratches missed that were fixed the second time it went back. When I got there and the car was presented to me the first time there was multiple area of some sort or grease on the car plus there was buffing compound all over the trim below where the work was perfomed.half was through this the person taking care of me became busy and handed off to another person who was not brought up to speed on what needed to be done. He brought the car back and didn't even know they were supposed to fix the blemish in the paint.

Just let your clients know they need to bring a credit card with to the appointment if they are picking up a rental car, because I didn't know I would have to put a deposit on my card for the rental since no one told me and I thought insurance covered it.
