My car looks better than ever!

I took a better look at my car in the sun light and notice the scratches that were to be removed are still faintly visible.

Every step of the process, from estimate, intake, updates and repair was terrific. We think very highly of the Lindsay Collision Center and it’s staff. Our customer representative, Rebecca, was outstanding . Her interaction with us kept us informed and relieved that our car would be returned to us like new, and it was. Jeff, who is the driver for their shuttle service, deserves praise for his friendliness and care.

My tech was great! He kept me informed via text daily while my car was in the shop. That’s the first time that I’ve been kept in the loop that way. I think it’s a great way to reach out to the customer. The lady on the phone and the young lady that waited on me at checkin and checkout were very courteous and professional. I was very impressed with my overall experience at the Lindsay Collision Center.

Rachel provided frequent progress reports and ensured my vehicle was returned to me as promised looking like it was new. Appreciate Lindsey’s service.

Vehicle was not repaired on promised date

The repairs was okay but the detailing of my vehicle was terrible. Also, don’t understand what the inside of my car have anything to do with the outside, but my dashboard and inside my car lights and controls was adjusted for what reason I’ve no idea

The work all seems to have been thorough and done well. My only dissatisfaction would be with the length of time to get an appointment it started. Though not in Lindsay's control, There was a major problem with no rental vehicle available at my scheduled drop off, further delaying my repair. Additionally. I was not informed until I arrived to drop the vehicle, so it was a wasted trio.

Rebecca assisted me throughout the repair of my vehicle and was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable of what needed to be done. I was well informed of the timeline it would take to repair the car, and she was spot on with the completion date. The service was phenomenal and my car looked brand new again.

I'm an not merely satisfied--I'm deeply impressed, and even moved, by the kind of work that was done with the remarkable supervision and care of Chris Endicott. He was attentive to every detail, trying to get everything right; he kept in touch with me at every critical point along the way; and he delivered back to me the car that I've so appreciated, as attractive and as firm in its drive as the car I'd known. I had taken good care of this car myself before the awful accident; and I was concerned that the car that survived this accident would be "wounded"--that is, with functions not fully working, or primed to break down before long. But thanks to Chris's work--and the confidence I came to have in him, I don't have these worries hanging overhead. I'm driving again, delivered from those worries--driving again in comfort and confidence. And as a side note, there were no sudden alterations in the estimates as we went along. I came quickly to have a certain confidence that Chris was careful and scrupulous with the estimates, that there would be no"kiting" of the costs, and there was no disparity between estimate he produced and the precise amount paid at the end. And so, again, all thanks to Chris Endicott--and I trust that the people close to him, at Lindsay Collision, must be alert to his strengths even more than the people who have come to see them from afar, and in a moment passing.
