I came to pick my vehicle up twice and it was not painted properly. The paint job showing a beaded look and there was obvious of over spray on the vehicle. I was shocked I even encountered these type of problems with a Lexus dealership. My accident was on 5/03/16 and I finally picked my car up on 06/15/16. I would expect better from Lindsay.

The only thing I am unsatisfied with is the time it took to complete the repairs. It took a total of 23 days. I think it took a whole week before the estimate was completed and repairs actually began.

Fabulous work on everything but the rear deck lid sometimes doesn't open when the button is pushed. Otherwise I would highly recommend your shop to anyone.

"Completely satisfied" implies to me a level of service that leaves no room for improvement. Your service was very good and did indeed result in a fully satisfactory repair, but to get my car back when I was promised it required me to indicate my dissatisfaction with any delay (my schedule required that I get the car when promised) and apparently the facility staff person I dealt with had to personally go above and beyond the normal call of duty. She did, and for this reason I was ultimately satisfied. But an even better level of service would not have necessitated such steps in the first place.

At first I was happy. When I recently made a 300 mile trip, I noticed the left rear corner of the rear bumper cowl was moving out of position. It was about ****/2 inch out of flush. I am in West Virginia now and will be here until mid June. I would like to get it fixed, must be a fastener or 2 missing. The panel moves out a little further even in short drives. Luther S
