Julia I. Did great job getting my car ready soon as the initial date of completion was unacceptable. The rental Enterprise gave me was too small to match my Pathfinder. They never tried to get me in a bigger 7 passengers car like mine.
I picked up my Nissan PF on Saturday 7/9/16. I enjoyed working with Julia. She's great repair advisor for Lindsay. Plz give her a raise & well deserved promotion

After keeping it an extra day saying it was going through final wash by hand and there were a lot of cars ahead of mine I expected a clean car. I picked up the car on Saturday morning and getting it home u noticed the windshield was covered with something and hard for me to clean off, inside all the door jambs are covered with what seems to be dust from sanding and the dash was also dirty. It's a 2016, and I just expected a cleaner car.
The people were very nice at the shop

****) My car was not completely inspected by 2 different people and I as the customer happened to notice a small error/ mistake in the paint so it ended up being looked it and was found the shop forgot to do part of the repair.
2) my representative gave misinformation about car washing wait time and was not curteuos (i.e. When asked again about the same topic said, "I've been doing this for 15 years but you can wait however long you want to") but another person was extremely polite and helpful who ended up assisting me and she was absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable.
3) I kept receiving incorrect texts messages that my car was still being worked on after I already received a call that it was finished.
