They kept me updated daily on the progress of the repair of my vehicle. Customer service from Kenny was outstanding. He answered all questions I had in a manner that I had and every interaction was a positive one. It was actually an inconvenience after our hit and run to have our SUV into the body shop. Mom and I felt welcomed by Carlos, especially loved the updates on our computer, and so appreciated the extra consideration in getting our vehicle back to us as quickly as possible. Our Toyota Highlander looks so sparkly and is a 2004! The damage was completely buffed out and painted! We had our Honda Civic repaired in 2005 and remembered Luxury Auto Body to USAA when they asked if we had a favorite body shop! We would recommend you to anyone.
